Amazing absolutely loved it very clean and the foods delicious. Our waiter was very vigilant and helpful not bothersome at all. I have will come back as soon as possible. So delicious

The quality of the food is much better than Golden Corral.

This place has a huge variety of meats, chicken and shrimp.They have a very nice salad bar.There's lots of different vegetables and fruits to choose from.This is a great place for comfort food with lots of cooked vegetables and beans.This is a casual setting with great service.I will give them a big thumbs up!

Because of Covid-19, they converted to a cafeteria-style versus a buffet. So an employee puts the food on your plate, as much as you want, of anything you want. They do a very good job of keeping the food fresh as always, and making you feel comfortable while they're filling your plate.

Austin's Steak n Homemade Buffet is totally AWESOME!! The food is GREAT! The staff is wonderful n very attentive. Recommend to everyone to try Austins.

Great food and started self serve , just as long as you wear gloves. To get your plates and food, and each time you get food. Due to the health inspector and health department. For safety reasons, Stopin and tell them hello and get great food while you're there. The waitresses are attentive to their guests.

Salad is best in my opinion! Just all you want or need in a restaurant! Not a fan of hot bar but it is great if that's your thing. Lot better than most. Servers are amazing and enjoy eating there try it , may become your favorite too

I have had many many meals at this family friendly, clean, and delicious (food) local southern style food buffet. I have never been disappointed with the food, the service, or the overall atmosphere. The owner, manager, and staff are very friendly, it's an open air building, so you dont feel cramped, with plenty of seating. The food is great, with plenty of southern style varieties available everyday, and ultimately for an affordable price per person. Add this to your list of restaurants to visit.

We thought was a good place to eat until someone brings a dog in. They even take it on a leash around the buffet bar. Then they feed it under the table. We left as many other people did.

The food is very good quality at very reasonable price. For an "all you can eat" food bar, you absolutely can't do better. It's also clean.

Great food. Everything was good and hot. Also, the waitress offered baked or sweet potatoes and let me tell you, the sweet potato was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The food is always delicious and they have something for everyone. Some of the vegetables are the only side that are gluten free, but a few of the desserts are gluten free. Service is almost always exemplary. The cost for the buffet on the weekends, however, is absurd. It's a lot of the same stuff offered during the week, but for a higher price. It was a little over $18 per person before my husband's military discount. After his discount, it was still $17 per person. Crazy! Food is good though 😊

This is the second consecutive year that my wife and I have been coming to Austin's for Christmas dinner. The food was phenomenal and the wait staff never let an empty dish sit for more than a minute, and our glass was always full. Thank you again Austin's for a great Christmas dinner.

Bus trip with 50 people on a Friday night. Everything was wonderful, Food was excellent..Hot food hot,cold food cold. The best part was our waiter. One guy for 50 people. He was outstanding. What an asset to this operation. Fast, friendly and effecient. All the time with a smile and polite. Thank you.

I'm not really a fan of country food but came here with my spouse and the food was AWESOME. Makes me rethink not liking country food.

We LOVE Austins! Moana is THE BEST! The buffet is definitely a good bang for your buck! Something for everyone! Only issue is DONT SPRAY GLASS WHEN FOOD IS UNDERNEATH. Every time we go we see this. That's disgusting.

Good value, good southern food. By no means gourmet or healthy, but if you are looking for all you can eat southern favorites in all their bad for you glory this is your place.Ate far too much of my favs like fried okra, greens, chicken livers, and blackberry cobbler and loved every minute of it!

My favorite place to eat. Lots to eat and tasted awesome. Only thing was our waiter didn't come back at all to freshen our drinks. We had to stop another waitress to help us. Although our waiter was going by an nd I raised my hand and tried to get his attention. But because I love this place I will be sure to get a different waiter.

Nice buffet, lots of options. Too many really! It was extremely hot in the section we sat in, but staff was friendly and food was good. Tacos, nachos, sirloin, chicken, meatballs, roast, all the fixings, salad and dessert bar. Pretty affordable prices. M-F they have senior discounts from 2-5. You can get a baked potato or baked sweet potato with the purchase of the buffet. Will go back!

This is by far the best homestyle buffet I have ever been to. Seriously, twice as good a Golden Corral and I like Goden Corral. They have a huge selection of vegetables, meats, and sea food. Also, if you go before 5PM it is only $9.99 for adults and kids are always only $6.99 and free for 3 and under.

My server as far as my waitress could have introduced herself to me. I like to be greeted and be introduced to. The meats were either a little dry for my taste, or mabey a little too fatty. I paid $40+5 tip. I think i would prefer Golden Coral. Just my opinion.

Went to Austins after church today it was packed. The food was good and hot. They never ran out of anything. The service was great. I wish they had real mashed potatoes, not instant, UGH!! Just a little pricey for a senior. Keep up the good work, we will be back.

Great prices and great selection. Weekends are my favorite time to eat there when they have prime rib on the buffet. Delicious choices for, meat, vegetables, other sides, salads, fruit, and dessert. They will bring a baked potato to everyone in your party that requests one. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had the best service tonight!!!We always love this place but tonight was special..I dont eat meat and I never knew you can get vegetables only for a discount until now!The Manager Nate went out if his way to get me basaltic vinegar even though it's not on the bar!Will come back even more because they are better than ever!Our server was the sweetest thing as well🙂Thank you guys

Austin was great! Sunday's are always packed however the staff was curiosity & efficient. Food was fresh & delicious, prim rib was cooked to perfection juicy & tender. One more comment, even though we were toe- toe, the customers are just as friendly as their staff. #great atmosphere

VERY impressed. Will definitely come back. I took my mom here and even though we had to wait 30 minutes, it was well worth the wait. The food was amazing, and the waitress was on top of her job. I could not ask for it to be better. Will definitely come back

Austin's is a good place to eat when you don't want to cook and need a variety to feed the family. I think it's a bit pricey, but I went on Sunday and they had steak on the bar. They also had ribs on the bar they were excellent. The food is good and hot which I always look for on a food bar.

Wonderful buffet, great variety, tasty meats!

First time eating here and was absolutely impressed. My family and I really enjoyed the buffet. Our waitress was amazing. The food was outstanding and the price was really great. We live about 2 hours away from here but travel to Knoxville often and have drove by numerous times and finally stopped this time and we are so glad we did. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back when visiting Knoxville again.

The available food was tasty. The grilled items remained empty most of our visit. Our server had the people skills of a speed bump. I had to ask other servers for refills. One of them sent our server, the other filled them herself. However, one our ticket was placed on our table we were totally ignored by all staff. I don't think the food was good enough to put up with the serving staff!

This place is awesome I've been craving salad and I went to a few other places and they didn't have the salad bar out but when I got there boom there was they had to rearrange a little things but I'm okay with that and you had to have fresh glass when you went to get your food and they provided that so I don't see why other restaurants don't provide that too for their customers Austin's steakhouse is wonderful they let you know up front where the gloves are and everything so I am very proud of them for doing that also for their safety and hours I love going there

Driving through Knoxville and located this buffet from the awesome reviews they have and they definitely lived up to the hype! Best fried chicken we've had in a while and everything was fresh and hot. We will be back the next time we drive through Knoxville.

Excellent price for good quality food! Employees were great! I love buffets and this is hands down better then any I've ever been to!
